A-Mail

accessible email client for Amazon Echo

A-Mail is an email client designed to leverage Amazon Echo to assist the visually impaired with reading their emails. At a graduate class at NYU Ability Lab and Interactive Telecommunication Program, my team and I researched participation of people with low vision in a workplace to develop A-Mail to allow universal accessibility. To add universal accessibility to Amazon Echo, we developed the email client that allows user access to unread emails.
